General information about the submissions
Important: Please use this link: ICAI2014 on EasyChair when you are ready to send in your abstract/paper/poster. We are using EasyChair for handling the submissions and the review process.
About the papers
Step 1: Submit an abstract
Maximum length: 1 page
Acceptable formats: like the editable source variants of the full papers.
Please use the above mentioned EasyChair site to upload your submission! If you don't already have an account there, you need to register one to login.

Deadline for abstracts is
10 January, 2014

Step 2: Give a lecture
Maximum length: 15 minutes, followed by 5 minutes for questions.
Language: English
Step 3: Submit a full paper
Authors should upload a copy of their full papers (up to 8 pages, in English
only) in camera ready form to the above mentioned EasyChair site.
Here is a detailed step-by-step instruction (in PDF format) on how to upload the full papers
The following formats are accepted only (please, for safety, upload both the editable source and the finalized form):
- For the editable source:
- either in TEX with this LATEX stylescheme
- or in a Word document like this WORD example
- For the finalized version:
Please do not forget to include in the uploaded versions your full name, the co-author's name (Add more authors button), affiliation, and e-mail addresses.
Deadline for full papers is
1 May 2014

Those full papers which are chosen through the review process will be published in the Proceedings of the Conference.
About the posters
Step 1: Submit a poster
Poster dimensions: 0,90m wide x 1,30m high - standard A0 size.
Please use the above mentioned EasyChair site to upload your submission! If you don't already have an account there, you need to register one to login.
Deadline for posters is
10 January, 2014

Step 2: Give a short lecture
Maximum length: 5 minutes (strict).
Language: English
Short lectures should be given on , in the morning. The short lectures will be juried, and we will give the Best Poster Lecturer Award to the best lecturer.
Step 3: Poster session
Poster session will be held on , after the short lectures.
Please print your poster in advance.
We are going to provide display panels and hooks.
Step 4: Submit an extended abstract
Poster presenters should send a copy of their extended abstract (up to 1 pages,
in English only) in camera ready form and upload it to the above mentioned EasyChair site.
